Mk I/III Re-Release

This is a re-release of an older Tamiya offering. There are a number of areas where detail is lacking, and a few fit issues. in the end it turns out to look like a

Lancaster, but if you want to make a super detail model, then aftermarket is a must. It comes with two types of canopy windows: one with a blister and one without.

  It comes with two Merlin engines, but are not worth the effortsince there is a major lack of detail in the engine nacelles.

Included in the re-release are a number of new items: shrouded and unshrouded exhausts, smooth and treaded tires, 3 options for the bomb aimers blister

and he early and late style tail turret. 

There are markings for four different aircraft:

ED888,  No.103 Sqn

ED905, No.550 Sqn

NG347, No.424 Sqn

TW880, No.35 Sqn
